Please be aware of the below important information and park regulations.

  • We have about 50 families attending and about 114 people total.
  • We paid for all 19 Live Oak campsites for Friday and Saturday nights, so we will all be sharing sites.
  • We are allowed 2 vehicles per campsite overnight, but only 1 is included in the campsite fees we paid.  The first 19 cars in the gate get in for free.  The next 19 vehicles will need to pay $10 each to park in the campground.
  • We can only park 38 vehicles within Live Oak, so the remaining cars need to park at Rock City parking lot, about 0.3 miles from our camp, as well as pay the $10 overnight vehicle fee.
  • Park Gates Close at sunset (6:30pm), so once you're in your in for the night.  To get out for an emergency call 911, and they will contact the Ranger to escort you out.
  • Several of the restrooms are under construction and there are no showers.
  • Water is available through faucets located around in the campground.
  • The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited by the park and the BSA.
  • Dogs not recommended due to extensive restrictions.
